Anything Beneficial For The Prostate ?

Is there anything beneficial for the prostate available in Thailand, like for instance saw palmetto, besides roasted pumpkin seeds ? I couldn't find anything in Watsons or Boots.

Try GNC, if saw palmetto or milk thistle are here anywhere, that would be where.

I think raw pumpkin seeds are better than roasted.

The stuff i have seen is expensive and not very good as the amount of active ingredients is very small.

Maybe you could try some Chineses herbal remedies as there are plenty of those type of practioners and products around.

The best prostate formula i have seen and i use myself is called Prosqn and is made by Suisse. I get it in Australia. Check it out online. It costs about 40AUD for 80 pills.
