Where 2 Rent?

Featured Replies

hi there.

I'm going to visit with my thai husband in october, the fam in phangan, after 3 years have past by since we left. we now have a 3 years old son, and we plan and wish 2 make him very happy at our vacaition, and prowd of thailand and his culture.

we'll stay 3 weeks down there, and wish t rent a 4x4...u know the roads there specially at the winter.

well we want to rent but don't know where?

I'm thinking maybe in Surratanni will be cheeper but not sure there r any places that rent there- r there any? perhaps renting at samui is not so much more expansive? and how much do they charge 4 a day?

if u got more insights about this... i'll be happy to hear

thank you very much

getting english courses will be useful to make a clear post...

Clearly this person is not a native english speaker. Perhaps a little tolerance for others would make this a forum where people feel they could turn to for help and information. :o

stavoonis,

Unless your husband's family lives in the more remote mountainous parts of the island a 4x4 is not really necessary and it is much easier to rent here on the island than to rent elsewhere and bring it over on the car ferry. Which does run to the island daily btw. both from the mainland and Samui. but the added expense of renting elsewhere and bringing it over on the ferry is really unnecessary.
