Seeking Construction Worker(s)

I have some projects coming up, building some bungalos and clearing brush. I know of some workers, but mostly they have limited skills, and no tools. I have tools, but it's a drag to have to loan them out - particularly when there are various job sites.

I'd like recommendations for a worker with tools, pu truck, reliable and (hopefully) reasonable rates. The most important factor is reliability, which includes honesty. I've had workers here before who have stolen things, and some of the same who purchase materials - and then hand me an padded bill. I'm an experienced builder (from California), and don't mind doing on-the-job training.

unskilled workers, ok -especially if they're somewhat self-motivated and don't mind working alone sometimes. A husband/wife team of simple means might also be cool, as I'll also be needing caretakers for some property.
