Kudo's to the cops, I can't imagine anybody leaving faster that this dude, comitting the crime around noon, and on a flight a few hours later, and STILL caught by Thai cops!
Whatever you say about the BIB, they do some things awfully well!
I never did believe her, she wasnt exactly dragged kicking and screaming on to that Lolita express, and her trip to Chiang Mai, would be interesting to know which nice 5 star hotel she stayed in,
The healthiest way to eat that also doesn't leave you hungry or gaining weight is 5 small meals a day. Never missing breakfast also. Eating every 3 hours, small amounts, gives your body the calories it needs, along with not having your blood sugar lowering so much. Carbs digest fast and protein keeps you satiated longer. If you eat this way you won't be hungry at 10PM and eating that late, just before bed, isn't a good idea anyway. I've been doing this for the last 50 years and have had no problems with hunger or gaining extra fat. Too large a steak or any protein source is hard to digest.
