Hi! I've been in Thailand for 2 years (entering 3rd year) and am married to a Thai and have a son who also have Thai citizenship. My visa is Non-Imm O and I'm a housewife-thus no working permit. I'm planning to ship my piano and some other belongings from Malaysia. Does anyone know know the procedures to do this - esp at the customs - what problems that I may encounter? Do I need to pay tax for these USED personal belongings? Thanks

No problem at all.

While the piano is sitting in the dock at Bangkok, you can become the entertainments manager and play for the officers.

After one week customs will deliver the piano free directly to your home.
