Hi all,

I'm looking to buy an house in one of those complex, villages around the mentioned areas in Phuket, i remember not too long ago to seen some house called green garden or something similar in that area with a nice 2 floor house for a price below 3 milion but couldn't find it anymore.

I'm interested to move in there and i was looking for an detached house with 2-3 bedrooms in a peaceful area in one of the many new villages around there.

Can anyone reccomend anything or give me a link to one of those complex?

I know this one but a little over my budget www.phukettopland.com.

I'm also considering buying a small piece of land and build one myself but probably safier and quicker to get one already done.

Any advice is welcome.

Check Ban Maneekram estate at Kwang Rd (Chalong part). There are some houses on sale within that price range.

Quite honestly at your budget range I would recommend you look out for completed second hand property being sold by a desperate seller. A two floor home below 3 million might right now might be a bit challenging, depending on area. Buying land and building yourself right now at budget prices might not be the most cost effective idea right now. Just my 2 satang worth.....

maybe a bit far for you but we live in green 'fields' estate in bandon (near talang crossroads) their are only 11 houses in our estate, and we have no neighbours ..yet.

2 storey house, 2 bedrooms, and rooms are all approx 4 x 4 ms thai modern style.. so quite big for the 2 of us.and to buy are from 2.2 million baht.

its rather quite here, andthey have just opened a big one supermaket 2 seconds away which is really handy, and laguna etc is just along the road.

However Talang is a bit too far for me.

Despite what LivinginKata said i already found many interesting places, second hand as well as new ones, i'm just trying to have a better idea or see if i'm missing anything around that area as the project i was mentioning above.

3 milion for a place not in a tourist area , far from the beach i think is a decent budget in Phuket considering I'm not looking for a top luxury house.

Any more reccomendation?
