More Salt In The Bread

After checking with the bakers I found that for European breads we use 1 table spoon of salt in 3 kg of dough. I have asked them to double the salt so that the flavor will be enhanced. Hoping that this will make the bread taste better. I really appreciate your comments and without out them our breads would taste flat. Please continue to let me know how we can do it better for each of you.
