thaicbr Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Hi every one just letting you all know that the Garmin Nuvi 310 is available at Tesco Lotus for 10,900baht. I just brought one last night and have to say i am a happy bunny already. if you dont know its got bluetooth so you can use it as a handsfree as well as GPS. It comes with Thailand esri map on cd in English and Thai. you will have to to change the map via your computer using the cd (thai language map straight from the box) but its very easy all instructions on the cd. Any way hope this helps Allan

thaicbr Posted January 9, 2009 Author Posted January 9, 2009 To have the map in either English Or Thai you have to change the map using the cd and a computer. its either English or Thai not both. maybe you can put the other map on a sd card but not sure. it only takes about 6 minutes to change the map. allan

I was going about it in the right way from the start but thought it was not working because the menu was still in Thai didn't realise it changed the map in to English and then you had to manually change the scrip in the menu to English thought it would change everything in one step, silly me.
