In town (not 5 miles away from city center) Condos go for 10,000 baht to 60,000 for Condos at the beach. I'm not a realtor but I can give you some idea of what may be available if you have a specific size and price range.

try Hin Nam Sai Suay beside the Anantara Hotel. From 6000, 9000, 13000 Baht for a one year contract. If less timr it will be more. Swimmingpool, great management, Sauna and Gym.
