There seem to be a good number of people north of Bangkok, in Kanchanaburi, Suphanburi, Saraburi, Pratumthani, Autthaya etc (sorry for the ones I forgot).

Each of these provinces has many things going on how do we go about getting a local-forum. ???

Yes, the forum is already created and up and running. We might name change it to "Central Thailand" or a similar name. Have a look at the local forum branches.
