Featured Replies

If you pick up a free copy of 'Pattaya' magazine, on the back page there is a generous 10% discount ticket which you can cut-out and redeem at 'Food Wave' on the upper floor of the Royal Garden Mall.

Offer ends February 28th 2009.

So in effect you're not paying the 10% service charge.

I was starting to forget there are other malls other than Central now. Actually I'm reveling in the new emptiness of Carrefour!

i have stopped using any place that charges a service charge on principle.

You'll be missing out on some good dining in Pattaya if you stick to that rule on principle. I just consider if the meal is worth the price with 10% added on. If yes, I'll gladly pay it.

You can always save a bit by not leaving a tip ... I never do at 10% service charge added on places.

Fuji is worth the service charge, esp. since I'd give a 20 baht tip anyway.
