Big Bike Owners From Phuket?

Featured Replies

Just curious, how many Phuket based TV members ride big bikes, 400cc and above?

I know ThaiGerd, LivingLos and Coatesy ride some very nice big machines, who else is there?

800cc BMW here.

That is F800GS, right? Great bike!

Nope - F800ST. I had a 650GS before and I really didn't get on well with it. Prefer the road bike.

Now guys don't forget to ride these big bikes in the motorcycle lane or well to the left, no overtaking or riding in the outside lane, Thats the law here, :o

I used to drive a Yamaha XS1100S, I even imported it to Thailand. But after a while I came to the conclusion that there is really no point in having a big bike like that here, even stronger, it is really dangerous IMO. And since I don't have enough time to ride it just for the fun, I decided to sell it.

My Yamaha Retro SR 400cc Cafe Racer.

I see a few bikes like that gathered outside a bike shop near Central Festival from time to time, I think there might be an owners club or something. Some of them look really neat.

Just back from Singapore ... will add updated picture of my bike soon , added a bunch of mods , nearly finsihed.

coatesy.
