I Need To Get Fit Again. Good Rehab Centers Or Resorts?

A car accident in Europe, 20 years ago left some permanent damage, weak leg, is one.

I have been lazy lately and my body needs some serious training.

Do you know a place

1. resort style in a nice area where I can walk and let myself be pampered

2. very good fitness room preferably with a good trainer.

Very interested in any personal experience you may have.

Fitness First in Exeter England, great personal trainers mostly ex commando's from the nearby base

Nice position near the canal and great cycle/walk ways all the way to the sea

Thank you, was thinking of a place in Thailand but you broadened my horizon, why not England.

Can you give a rough idea how much you would think you would have to spend for 1 month?

Assume you wanted to be comfortable but not 1 class?

I want to stay in THAILAND to have my motorbike with me.
