Manou Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 (edited) Here in Hua Hin it is the worst at nr 13 with the water. 14 and 15 are ok and this year seems the same. I think the hotels are like normal as songkran finished in Hua Hin. It was very busy with people from Bangkok but most have gone home.
