April 24, 200916 yr Pathum-Thani office wanted another (bl00dy expensive) letter from the embassy when I did mine last year New health (are you alive) certificate. No requirement for the UK licence on renewal. No tests. Obviously, as we are in Thailand, your office may have different ideas (probably best to ask). "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
April 25, 200916 yr The proof of address letter from your embassy might be the most expensive option. You could get proof of address from immigration. The transport office here in KKC also accepts a work permit for proof of address.
