Hotels In Phrom Phong Area

Featured Replies

Hi folks, does anyone know of any affordable hotels (700 baht per night or less) in the Phrom Phong area?

It doesn't have to be fancy, just nice and clean :)

The closest and cheapest is Hotel 24 right at the station but it is double the numbers you quote above.

I think the Honey Hotel on Sukhumvit soi 19 rents their ground floor rooms for B800, which includes breakfast. The Crown Hotel on Soi 27 or 29 was always pretty cheap and certainly not fancy and might be in your price range.

Yeah, i have checked this one out before, it's a nice hotel, but a little out of range right now.

The fact is, 700 baht is far too low for the Phrom Pong neighbourhood. If you go to the much higher end of Sukhumvit ie around On Nut, you might find accommodation that cheap, or Ratchada. Some of the cheapies in Pratunam, maybe. Bangkok City Suite and Samram Place go for 850 baht. Definitely lots of guest houses in Banglamphu in that price range.

Could negotiate such a rate for a month's stay at the naughty motel in Soi 33.

It was 550 with a swimming pool last time I looked. A little seedy though. :)
