Is this forum growing bigger and bigger or are there just more cops to deal with now?

"Cops" is overstating it a bit. 90% of the time its more along the lines of "janitor" or "receptionist". We keep the place tidy and help people out.

this forum is experiencing growth indeed mbkudu. you would have been swamped with trolls if it wasn't for the team of moderators. the reason you don't notice the growth is because thet do a very good job.

Have a look at the forum member count daily , there are 20-30 new members daily, and they all need some guidance and help in the first posts.

If you think a moderator's 55,000B monthly salary is out of line, you should see what the admins get.

Fortunately you can get a per post tax credit of 5B. Just count up your posts from the year, take that number times 5B per post, and deduct that from the amount you send in for your Thai taxes. The govt is aware of the thaivisa credit and will issue you a refund.

There is also a new immigration rule coming into play, moderators earn 1 PR point per post, 10,000 points and one has reached the next level, citizenship.

As we remove the offending posts most members don't see what happened before and suddenly see someone banned. I can asure you it has always a very good reason. Mods also report their actions at hand with the forum rules. Maybe you would like to as a newly appointed janitor as well Only pays 5.000 bath a year mind you
