P.S. it was raining at the time and these where the only lights up North that I could find

In all fairness, it's not one of your wow images. I think there is just a bit too much market. The real fun stuff is the lights themselves.

I made a crop which shows the wonderful colors without the unattended lonely stall to distract. But I am not sure it's the answer
