My wife's says Passport Division Bangkok. It's an old one so don't what the new ones would say.

MFA is often used as the abbriviation for the ministry. Passport offices are under the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA.

Just checked my wife's passport. It just says 'Ministry of Foreign Affairs'.
