Would any one know the Issuing authority of a Thai passport My partner got it in Bangkok,the main passport place , I think it was Central plaza PO. any hep would be gratefully thanks

Thanks so how would that be in the passport , Would it be abbreviated like IMO

My wife's says Passport Division Bangkok. It's an old one so don't what the new ones would say.

MFA is often used as the abbriviation for the ministry. Passport offices are under the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA.

Just checked my wife's passport. It just says 'Ministry of Foreign Affairs'.
