Lead Me Not Into Temptation...

Featured Replies

because I really have no willpower whatsoever :D

just got my newest toy, a netbook. Thought I had missed out on a deal since they were out of stock but went back the next day and they were available again.

So, I bought it.

Add to that the dress (bangkok), the shoes (gotta have shoes to match you know) and now this. I debated getting a bluetooth mouse too, but settled for upgrading the RAM instead.

I really have no willpower to resist when its something I really want. :)

***the Victoria's secret purchase doesn't count, that was for my birthday :D

lol, I think you work hard enough for these things sbk. I very rarely buy anything for myself, most special purchases will be for my son or husband, I just don't ever see anything that I really would want, but when I do, I have not a jot of guilt over buying it so.... put on the new dress & shoes & boot up the netbook :)

Got any pictures?

(sorry, the temptation was just too great :D )

What is a "Netbook"

:)

What is a "Netbook"

:)

Think "notebook"....same same, but different.

Material girl. :D

In my teens, if it wouldn't fit in my rucksack, I gave it away. Nowdays, I've upgraded to a pick-up, but same-same.

Books, CDs, a few plants, some sharp knives and a few pots, clothes on my back......no regrets. (well, not many :D)

Got me thinking now. Enjoy your "stuff" sbk. :D

My wife is Material girl on steroids. :) I love her, so a 10 wheeler goes with the pick-up.

Regards.

Ditto that Boo. Except change son and husband for daughter and wife. I've not really bought anything for myself since Tia was born. But i don't mind one bit. We went out shopping today for some new stuff for me. We came back with a super dooper, all singing and dancing...........High Chair :)

Material girl? Mmm, in some ways. Its probably got something to with the fact that my island lifestyle is very very simple so when I want to splurge on something, it really feels like a splurge :)

You got to wear a rucksack? Luxury. All I had was a hessian sack. AND it didn't have any stitching...

Bedlamites, do you think bkkjames is trying to tell me something?

:)

let me pre-empt them - there is no sense walking around the house in a 300 dollar piece of underwear where nobody can see it. would have thought that someone with your Asian experience would have grasped the concept of face (ass) being everything :D

What's the saying, "One bra in the hand is better than George Bush"?

Don't be shy SBK.

tsk tsk.

May I recommend a chilly one of these:

:)

DONT DROP THE SOAP!

SBK,

This Vic Secret thing, yeah...

Does this mean we'll be seeing you in HERE

:)

She is shy.

But all i can say is that if i was walking around in 500 dollars a shot knickers I would want all and sundry to see them and appreciate them.

But, oh dear, i still have to stick with my marks and sparks..

They've gone from $300 to $500 in one page. Now that's inflation for you. (bkkjames seems to be suffering from inflation as well. Boom boom.)
