Looking To Rent House Khon Kaen

I am moving to Khon Kaen with the mob, and I am looking to rent a house.

I have done a search around, and I havn't come up with too much.

I am after a 3 bedroom house with Aircon and telephone.

I don't want furniture. I have enough already.

Is there a Cable TV Club in Khon Kaen, like in many other cities?

Can anyone give me a tip or two, where to start looking, where is nice, and where is a waste of time.
