I don't mind spending a weekend on any of the quieter Kohs, but definitely not more than that. Too much sun and too much heat and too much salt.

For long-term stays, I like the outskirts of Chiangmai. That's where my condo is located. I don't mind spending weeks in the mountains in neighbouring Mae Hong Son and Chiangrai.
