July 20, 200916 yr 009 cheapest at Bt5-7, 008 the same I think, 007 about 10 baht per minute. Check the CAT website or other as they have it on there. Watch out though as some countries, such as Holland, are no included and they run Bt17/20 a minute !
July 20, 200916 yr You can also pick up a special SIM card from True. It's called an "Inter SIM" and rates to US, UK and most of Europe are 1/baht per minute. It uses VOIP (voice over Internet) and the quality is OK to GOOD most of the time. July 20, 200916 yr The CAT issue an International Card. I bought one for 200bt. Calls to the UK approx 1.5bt/min. Crystal clear. Think they may be available in 7/11
July 21, 200916 yr The cheapest way that i found was the CAT CARD 300 Baht gets you 2hrs 20 min to a uk landline & 48 min to a mobile. In Buriram you can buy at the bookshop across the road from the Bamboo Bar
