Suvarnabhumi Sky Bar; Reopened?

Does anyone know if they reopened the Sky Bar (I think that's what it's called) above the check-in area at Suvarnabhumi? Last time I was through there in March it closed for some renovations. It's located above the JAL check-in area near the end of the building.

I have a few hours to kill before JAL check-in opens, and it was a nice place to hang out before they closed it.
