Gmail No Access

Featured Replies

Since yesterday Gmail doesnt let me into my account, normal dial in automatic via stored password. Tried manually, everything, password, even secret question 100% correct answered. Some small print said= sorry password retrieval not available.

The I tested the gmail system, working normally with Safari, I this time used Firefox to open a new email account at gmail, new name , new password. What happened= I could not open my new email account either.

Any explanations, help how I can get to my old mails ??

When you try to access Gmail with Firefox what is shown on the screen when log-in fails?

any error message in red -

any image with letters - ?

Maybe you need to reset the CAPTCHA

Google for that word.

Do you mean you access the Gmail account by cell phone or do you dial-in to access internet?

I googled for CAPTCHA, but like Alice in Wonderland, had no idea what to with the many returns.

Yes, I get red error messages, yes I see and enter wild letter concoctions for retrieval, again error

I answer secret question correctly, error.

NO, I dont use mobile access, nothing only ordinary netbook.

Even if my old account has a sudden hickup , why on earth doesnt google now not even accept my passwor to my new account /

Oh happy day

Gmail online access was the pits yesterday (although just loaded fine for me now). I also access with Windows Live Mail and Outlook 2007 and less trouble there.

I also notice have 39 pages in spam folder that was empty several days ago so they are having troubles it seems and probably pulling up backups.

Many times I could not access GMAIL especially weekends. However when I got ADSL I never had a problem
