Not a matter of "if", but "when". And for us it won't be soon enough, as he was railroaded out illegally. I wish more foreigners knew the

"real" or "whole" story instead of only hearsay and speculation. There doesn't even need to be a vote, because in our hearts he is still our

Prime Minister, and if there is a vote, he will win anyway. He was illegally pushed out, and we know it, and our nation needs him back so we

may progress as we did before. Our nation has been in chaos and stagnation since PM Thaksin was illegally removed. It's time to move

forward again.

He won't be back. Most of us foreigners do know the whole story...how he bought and coerced the justice system in 2001. Illegally bribed his way out of a so-called "misunderstanding," in order to avoid jail time. If he has the spine to come back, he'll be where he belongs....rotting in a prison.

The McDonald's girl looks like she doesn't have a clue what's going on and the judge just ordered the wrong Menu set and is going to correct his order but in fact she remembered the basic lessons very well. Rule number 1: Never take responsability. Rule number 2: Whatever happens, always keep smiling!

Hubbie however is losing it and I bet this was the moment he vowed to destroy everyone involved in this 'betrayal' whatever it takes. Don't think for a moment the war is over.
