Buying New Motorcyle Tyres, Are They Too Big?

I have been looking for new motorcycle tyres for my Honda CBR 150R, and I've been shown a Michelin rear tire 130/70 but my current rear tyre is 110/80. Will it fit the frame of the wheel? The seller then went on to say I should by a Dunlop 90/80 wheel for the front, whereas my current front wheel is 100/80. I'm confused and dubious about this situation, as I'm worried they effect the braking, and the performance of the bike.

Any help on this matter would be grateful
