Hi

My wife & I recently married, and we are now in the process of getting her documents to stay legally here in Bermuda as my dependent spouse. She should have them this week.

I want to get her a visitors visa to the US; one of the Thai Girls my wife was speaking to told us that the US now requires individuals staying in a 3rd party to stay a year before granting a visa?

Anyone have any idea? I've checked all the documents I can find, and there isn't any mention of this?

I am Canadian, living & working in Bermuda... and this wednesday my wife will have a spousal document .. she isn't working.. and we are looking to obtain her a visitors visa for the US.

Thanks

Sean
