Yes there is one on the Hua-Hin bypass about 10km from Pranburi on the left hand side as you travel from Pranburi to Cha am.

I don't know what size of boat you are looking for, new or second-hand?

I visited the guys shop some time back forgot the brand name but they sort have of a mini cat style hull design with a center console. The hull is full of empty water bottles for floatation.
