How Much Do 3 Story Buildings Run For In Ubon Ratchathani?

Can anyone give me an estimate on how much I would expect to pay to purchase one of those 3 story businesses you see all over Thailand? I believe they would be called a townhouse. Usually there's like 5 of them connected in a row with a business on the bottom and home on the upper levels. I'd be looking to purchase one unit (not a whole row) in Ubon Ratchathani. Thanks!

Townhouses are landed properties which foreigners cannot buy and own.

That's bit odd as i have been offered townhouses(Units) to buy many times in Ubon but Land must be leased and as you said cant be owned, building in the land can or part of it(Townhouse)

and mnbcm as you dont diclose the area where you looking for in ubon, answer to your question is from 1mil to 4mil, depending of location, building condition and Owner of the building, it's really hard to give price if one do not know what part ot the town you are looking for
