attaya police received an unusual request on the afternoon of the 30th October, when they got a call that a large python had been reported being seen on Pattaya Beach Road outside the Central Festival Pattaya Beach.

Together with Sawang Boriboon volunteers, the team went to investigate. Upon arrival they were told the slivery creature had crawled under a tour bus parked nearby. Using a long stick they managed to gently capture the 6 meter long snake and take it away to be released into jungle land outside of Pattaya. Police believe that the snake may have hitched a ride under the bus when it was on a visit to Sriracha’s Khao Kheow Tiger Zoo earlier that day.
