Two Men Arrested And Nearly 2,000 Yabba Tablets Seized By Pattaya Police.

Pattaya, November 13 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : In the early hours of Friday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Chalermsuk from Pattaya Police Station held a press conference at the 3rd floor Investigations Office at Pattaya Police Station to announce the arrest of two men in relation to class 1 drug offences. The case began with the arrest of Khun Khing aged 38. Intelligence received suggested that the man may be selling class 1 drugs and following an undercover operation; the target was arrested and caught with 10 Yabba Tablets in front of Soi Siam Country Club. Following further investigations it was determined that he was cooperating with a 61 year old man originally from Chang Mai who was residing just outside of Pattaya. The second target who was known to drive a White Honda Jazz, was seen interacting with the first target on a number of occasions. Khun Khing took Police back to his apartment where they found a further 1,800 Yabba Tablets split into bags of 200 which were hidden inside a pizza oven bag. He was known to cooperate with Khun Udom aged 61 who was asked to come to the room and pick up some of the tablets. He arrived in his White Honda Jazz which was found to be showing fake number plates and subsequently arrested. Both men are now facing serious class 1 drug possession and supply charges in Court.
