Now that was strange, I wanted the photo included in the post, but when I removed the img tags I created a link to it. :)

test perhaps better to just use the image location?

You can always use photobucket but just copy the direct link or if you use the image code paste it as is & not use the image link function

Very odd.....Even if you just paste the image code copied from photobucket?

  • Author

That is how I post a photo from photobucket. Plain Polish to me :)

PM me with your photobucket site and let me have a look.

Tried again and got this message.

Sorry, dynamic pages in the tags are not allowed

That error would imply your name of the photo has a dynamic link. Try rename it without.

Your title here suggests you want to upload but is it that you just want to link it right?

I mean you do not need to move the file just link it.

When looking on photobucket if you click teh pic you want you have 4 options to copy

Email & IM

Direct Link

HTML code

IMG Code

Just click & copy the 4th one IMG code & paste it in your post.

That should work

  • Author

No, that's what I do. Also tried "copy image location", "insert image" thingy. (sceadugenga is not really tech savvy).

Will try changing image name at PB.

  • Author

Well the problem's here, just did test run on another forum, worked perfectly.

Sorry Win, You have entered a link to a website that the administrator does not allow links to is the stern reply.

It's SBK, she hates me :)

Now what I did was take off the img tags to make the post and there was the pic.

:):D :D

Hi 'sceadugenga',

Try the IMG Code the Polish Way :D

That way there is no need to take the 'img tags' away :D

Yours truly as above :D

Kan Win :)

Yeah, I seem to have worked it out Win, the link comes with 2 sets of img tags, I just remove one set. Successfully posted a photo in Bedlam using this method yesterday. :)

SBK is trying to hijack the thread with a discussion of my name I see. :D

Nice that you have workerd it out 'sceadugenga'. but still Khun-fused to why you have 2 sets of img tags, as I only have one set (as posted above) and posted it directly into a post without using the above buttons :D

As for

SBK is trying to hijack the thread with a discussion of my name

Not a chance if I am around as I am on Topic :D

Yours truly,

Win from Kan :D
