Sounds like you have never lived in Hong Kong. An apartment this size in HK is a 3-bedroom unit, and not a 1-bedroom...

I think it's good price. People always complain about price being too high anyway. You could rent it for 15000 bath and someone would complain.

Without trying to show disrespect to a fellow BM, i think you can do a lot better for that money in Bangkok, the place looks clinical, i am looking around at the moment for something, but that does not interest me at all
