Japanese Tv Star Hurt In Pattaya Beach Stunt

Featured Replies

On Monday Afternoon at the North End of Pattaya Beach, in front of the Tropicana Hotel, a Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Ambulance was called to the film set of a Japanese TV show being filmed on the beach and starring Mr. Degawa Tetsuro, who is known for his TV shows featuring unusual and sometimes dangerous experiments. On Monday he decided to place himself into a capsule which was then pressurized. He was then released from the capsule into the water. The stunt went wrong and Mr. Tetsuro sustained unknown injuries. Our journalists were refused access to the beach by some very aggressive assistants and when the Japanese Star arrived at Hospital we were once again told to leave. We understand that Pattaya City Hall are looking into the incident as they tell us that full permissions to undertake the stunt and film on the beach could not be located.

Someone's nose is out of joint because "we are the press" did not automatically get them total access. :)
