I'm off to the Great South Land in two days. The wife has been lurking around my case for a week now, it's already half full of stuff for her friends. Fortunately mostly silk.

I'm of the stalking school of packing. Something will pop into my mind and I'll stalk it for a while while I weigh up the pros and cons of it's inclusion. Is it better to take two mobile phone chargers or just one with a plug adaptor? Two chargers won again.

I can't believe I bought so much stuff for my niece's kids.

I look in drawers and cupboards. I'm a hoarder and clutter seems to accumulate without any effort on my part.

I love ephemera, I've just thrown out the instruction books for my last two mobile phones.... the pain will lessen after a while.

Do I need a coat? It was 42 in Adelaide yesterday. Wife will still try to sneak one in, I'll watch her carefully.
