It may be helpful to know your nationality and what type of work you want to do. Also, at this point, I don't know how this would be Thai related.

There are some companies who hire in Thailand for jobs there ... Requirement mainly for security staff (need experience and references) or drivers / oil extracting & construction workers ...

But note, not easy to get job for a good company ... and if you work for a bad one ... then there are usually consequences ...
