Visa Runs

Hi again all ,

Just wondeing if it is atall possible to organise my own visa run , eg , so I dont have to catch a bus to the border etc . Can I use my own car to travel over the border , get a stamp , and return ? And can this be done at anytime of the day ? Hoping for a yes !

Yes..............easiest to park your car this side however.

You can make a run to THE border but crossing in your own car may be a problem and can not see any reason for it in any case just for a visa run. Most borders are only a very short walk to cross and return. You also have to do it during normal hours of operation.

If the car is registered on your name you can cross the border with it.
