Hi, I'm from England and will be visiting Thailand for 2 months then going back to England then back to Thailand for 2 weeks.

What kind of visa will I need and how do I go about obtaining it?

Obtain a 60 day Tourist visa for the first trip and for the second trip just enter on the 30 visa on arrival..

I'm assuming of course that you are from a country that can get a 30 visa on arrival..

Obtaining the tourist visa would all depend on where you are from...

Get a single entry tourist visa by post from the Thai consulate in Hull (25 quid).

I think you can download the form from the consulate website, they are certainly available online, practice the use of Google

PM me if you can't find the form, I'll email to you.

You get 60 days in Thailand, if you want to stay a bit more than 60 days you can get an extension (30 days I think) from immigration in Thailand.

Get "visa" on arrival for the second visit.
