Turkish And Russian Couple Engages In Lewd Act On Pattaya Beach

On occasion, Pattaya’s raunchy nightlife can spill out on to the streets and more often onto the beaches. Over the past few months we have reported on a number of incidents where foreign couples have been caught conducting lewd acts in public. In the early hours of Tuesday Morning at the Bali Hai Port located at the south-end of Pattaya Beach Road, Immigration Police Officers were called in after a foreign couple was caught engaging in lewd acts on the beach close to the port. We went along to see what was going on and caught the female providing some oral pleasure for her male partner. Realizing we were there, the couple decided to continue until Immigration Officers broke up the party and ordered the pair to put their cloths on and follow them to a Police Car parked nearby. The male, a Turkish National , Mr Halil aged 30 and his 19 year old Russian partner, Miss Svetlana apologized for their actions and claimed they were not aware that what they were doing broke any laws. The pair were taken to Pattaya Police Station where they were fined 500 Baht each and sent on their way with a stern warning to keep their emotions in check while in a public place.
