Long Lines Weekday Arrival At 11am

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone frequent flyers could tell me about the situation around 11am on a Tuesday morning at arrivals. I will be flying SIN-BKK at the end of next month with my wife as part of our honeymoon. We will be in business class on TG but as they don't have a special line for business class passengers, I was thinking of booking the fastrack immigration vip service via the hotel to avoid the long lines. However, if there aren't usually queues on a Tuesday morning then I might not bother. Any one know?

Thansk in advance :)

I doubt that the immigration staff working there know how it is going to be tomorrow morning or after a month. Obviously it's a hit and miss depending on how many desks are open, which immigration area you go and on the exact slot your plane is landing...

If you want it to be smooth book the VIP pass and get limo waiting.

no one can predict the que, but even if you go fasttrack emmigration, you still have to wait for your luggage.

emmigration is usually 5 minutes, baggage is always longer than that

Not surprised to only takes 5 minutes, I guess not many people are looking to emmigrate :)

Actually that's a good point........I might just book the limo and forget about the VIP bit............still would be a nice touch though.........
