My guess is this guy, who sounds like he’s doing well in his choice of enterprise with the car he drives, has a senior contact in Soi 9, and he probably went there as full of himself as this because he knew he could pull rank on many police down there by using his ‘contact’s" name.

It’s not only on the street that the cleanup is needed.
