Golf Club Rental In Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

I'm considering a 90 day trip to Chiang Mai for a much needed pressure relief. I'm wondering if there are reasonable quality golf clubs available for rent or if I should bring mine.

For that matter, will my clubs take a walk on me at the airport?

My potential time for the trip will be April - June.

Brianwl,

Most CM area golf courses will rent you a set on a per-game basis. But if you are looking for a long-term rental you might be able to negotiate this with golf retailers operating at either the Stardome Driving Range or Lanna Golf Club. Or failing that, perhaps with one of the popular courses but I suspect at premium pricing.

Good luck!

Bring your own clubs then you can't moan about the rentals being no good. :)

Hundreds of Koreans and Japanese have been here recently and clubs are the main part of their luggage. I see no problem and rental for 90 days or part thereof would be expensive..

I hadn't planned on playing while I was there but I couldn't take it any longer so I rented some one day in Chiang Mai. The clubs were very whippy and I would highly advise to bring your own. I know I will next time.
