How to watch the Football World Cup in English language in Thai territory?

My feeling is that TRUE will not show it due to missing copy rights. I guess the rights are with the conglomerate of the THAI channels (3, 5, 7, 9). BUT, on these channels, the comments will be in Thai.

So the only solution to have comments in English would be to catch the games from another channel. A speaking English one. Legal? Not sure? Possible? No sure.
