Well i'm still around Been a fair amount of time since i was last on. Currently at home with two broken ribs, so i seem to have some time on my hands

So what have i been missing?

I got made redundant a few weeks ago got a new job, broke two ribs quit that job, got another job supossedly starting today, but ribs still not good, got abuse of the bloke so now looking for another job.

I see admin and mods have changed alot since the last time i was on. And whats with these honourary members?

There has been alot of crying, because i have a cold at the moment so everytime i cough it is pure agony. Bit like talking with some of the members on here

Got loads of stuff going on at the moment. Got a claim in for a frozen shoulder, a claim for my ribs and an employment tribunal coming up for constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal, so i am surprised i even have time for work

I had cracked ribs once, never again, I fell over on my 40th birthday with a bottle of Glenmoragie in a tube clutched close to my heart.. Couldn't sneeze, cough, burp, slept sitting up for four weeks.

Still happens here in Saigon.

Get up at five, go to the bakery - buy some rolls or bread, come back and pop the butter on, shit, shave, shower and shampoo, eat brekkie and catch my car at 6.00 in the morning for work.

If I'm lucky, I can find some ham in the fridge, otherwise it's just bread 'n scrape.

Or corn flakes, but they're too fattening.

Yeah, back on the 50s early 60s, I delivered bread hot as.

Worked for McAlpines in Burnley for 5 years, they sold out to Home Pride..

Bread was not allowed out of the ovens before 6am, not like today, baked today, delivered tomorra.

2am on Friday, fresh bread 5 days a week.

The family is very good mate. Joe will be 4 in a couple of months, And me and Noi will be celebrating 9 years of marriage this year. Noi is now a British citizen, and that wasnt cheap, best part of £1000 to apply.

Apart from my ribs i'm good, still doing European work. Been to some pretty cool countries, especially in Eastern Europe and North Africa.

To apply for British citizenship costs £10 for the life in the UK book £40 to do the life in the UK test, then you have to pay £720 for the home office to do the paperwork then you have to pay £50 to the local registrar to check said paperwork before it goes to the home office,this is optional but if the paperwork is wrong in any way then it is refused. Then when it is all done you then have to pay best part of £100 for a British passport. Add on the petrol to drive from Bristol to Swindon and back with the paperwork, because that is the nearest registar that does the checking and there is your £1000. Typical govt robbing bar stewards
