Australian Visa

Hey Everyone,

Im after any advise anyone can give me on helping my Girlfriend get a Visa of any type to Australia. Ive been told it can be very hard so has anyone been thru this recently? Basically we want her to come for about 3 months so we can spend a bit of time together cos its hard for me to get to Thailand regularly.

It certainly ain't easy as my Fiancee was rejected 12 months ago on the grounds she did not have proof of employment and obviously they thought she was a risk of not returning to Thailand.

She now is awaiting for her Fiancee Visa which is differant again.

I think the main thing is to show evidence that she has ties to Thailand and will return to Thailand and not over stay her visa.

There is another Topic in here that shows how the Embassy works and if you ask me they need a boot up the ass.

I know a Migration Agent well in Australia and he's married to a Phillipine lady and also says they are very racist with the way they treat Phillipine & Thai women applying for visa's.
