The Nana Post Office, And Postal Orders

Can some one tell me where the Nana PO is? I have to get a Postal Order for the British Embassy from there. Are Postal Orders common here? I've never had to deal with it before - is there a charge?

It's on Sukhumvit, very near the corner of Soi 4, i.e. the south-east corner of Nana intersection.
