The house is right next to the Kanchanaburi MP's house for those of you who are familiar with the area.

Rent with an option, long term lease, sale, buy house only, rent house only, buy nursery, rent nursery, I don't care, I just want this ship to sail. If anyone knows anyone that might be interested, I would be happy to pay a commission on the sale. It's actually a perfect retirement business.

I saw it priced at 6 million baht in the properties section of T/V.

Looking at what's been written by the owner he appears to be desperate to off-load the property and land so the figure quoted is negociable.
