I assume you know about Cobra , one of the world largest maker of boards and windsurfers. you might try talking to the TCA (Thai Composite Association ) According to a recent article in the BP Thailand is the number 3 ranked producer of composite materials. if you make contact they might know someone who knows someone. I dont have the contact details sorry ,

interesting subject. are you going to import your professional 'shapers' of surfboard crafting? how are you going to address a soft rail, hard rail, rocker, pin, fish, swallow tail, triple stringer, single, double, tri, quad fin, that kind of stuff?

Most importantly, you'll have to recruit an 'professional surfer' to test ride and advertise your piece for maximum presence.

my opinion is something like a boogey board will probably be more practical and conservative for mass manufacturing in

Thailand.
