I am just off the Hang Dong road near Big C...just heard 2 pretty loud booms...anybody know what it was?

The temple near us in Sansai had been intermittently letting of huge fireworks for the Buddha day today. These have been very large booms. Could be something similar.

Ok, I did know it was the holiday. Just thought it was a bit late...thought the fireworks would have been much earlier. Still, it is good to know that is what it was...thanks, guys.

Considering it's a holiday that has something to do with the position of the moon, I wouldn't worry too much, the moon doesn't usually apper till it's dark does it?
